About the role
The People Analytics Insights Manager will be responsible for providing analytical and consultative support to Gartner’s Services & Sales Operations HR teams to drive optimal insights into staffing, retention and productivity. This role will ensure analytical best practices and influence the interpretation of insights with a relentless focus on data accuracy, consistency, and scalability in alignment with Gartner’s growth.
What you will do
Analytical Problem-Solving Creatively solves business problems through consistent reporting and analysis to deliver insights on attracting, developing and retaining associates. Uses curiosity to uncover insights from quantitative and qualitative data to tell a story and influence outcomes across a wide range of stakeholders. Delivers the critical analytical products and services to stakeholders such as the Talent Supply Chain model and OneGartner. Cross-Functional Collaboration Supports senior HR Partner and Recruiting leadership across Services & Sales Operations teams, including proactive identification & solutioning of critical business problems. Works with internal partners within the People Analytics function and within HR. Influences product and analytics roadmaps across the organization, ensuring Sales & Services priorities are driving People Analytics priorities. Consultative Engagement Provides consultation on critical workforce measures aligned to achieve targeted business outcomes Engages and influences Gartner leaders What you will need: 6+ years of professional experience in analytics, HR and/or consulting. Demonstrated ability to solve complex/unstructured business problems through the lens of curiosity and a desire to learn. Extreme attention to detail in the support of the production of executive-ready content. Uses data and the economics of the business to analyze problems and recommend solutions (can translate insights into actionable solutions). Ability to clearly and succinctly communicate with senior leadership to drive decisions. Proven track record of establishing trusted partner relationships, including collaborating with and influencing leaders and teams across multiple business functions. Proven ability to drive actions by creating compelling stories with data. Familiarity with SQL data analytics skills preferred. Experience with Databricks and PowerBI or comparable tools preferred.
