Corporate Banking Analyst- Multinational Banking

Build, refine, and interpret complex financial models to support client recommendations and transaction analysis.  Conduct detailed financial analysis and due diligence with limited supervision.  Develop and deliver high-impact presentation materials using PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and other relevant tools.  Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders across Credit, Capital Markets, and other business units.  Prioritize and manage multiple high-value opportunities simultaneously.  Independently complete credit and corporate finance analysis, including risk assessment and valuation.  Support Managing Directors and senior bankers in client coverage, including preparation of pitch books and market updates.  Provide strategic input on product suitability and capital markets solutions for clients.  Mentor and guide Analyst I team members, providing feedback and support as needed.  Other Duties: Performing other duties as assigned, adapting to new tasks or shifts in priorities as necessary to support your team’s and the company’s mission.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.  2–3 years of relevant experience in corporate banking. Demonstrated academic or professional exposure to financial analysis and corporate finance concepts.  Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 79, and Series 63 licenses required within Fifth Third guidelines.   Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
