About the Role
As an Analyst Lead, Sourcing, you will lead strategic sourcing initiatives across Professional Services, Consulting Services, Managed Services, and Third-Party Labor categories. You will drive commercial value, supplier performance, risk management, and operational efficiency through effective sourcing and contracting strategies. Working closely with business, finance, legal, risk, and supplier stakeholders, you will influence sourcing decisions and support enterprise objectives. Success in this role is measured through value creation, supplier outcomes, stakeholder satisfaction, compliance, and execution excellence. What You Will Be Doing • Develop and execute category strategies for Professional Services, Consulting Services, Managed Services, and Third-Party Labor. • Lead end-to-end sourcing activities including RFI, RFP, RFQ, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and award recommendations. • Identify opportunities to optimize costs, improve supplier performance, and reduce business and contractual risks. • Conduct market intelligence, benchmarking, spend analysis, and supplier assessments to support sourcing decisions. • Manage strategic supplier relationships and drive performance against contractual obligations and service levels. • Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing structures, rate cards, and Statements of Work to maximize business value. • Partner with legal, finance, risk, and business teams to support contract execution, renewals, and governance activities. • Ensure supplier engagements align with procurement policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards. • Develop reporting, dashboards, supplier scorecards, and analytics that provide actionable sourcing insights. • Present sourcing recommendations, business cases, risks, and outcomes to senior stakeholders and leadership teams. What you bring • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. • Extensive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, category management, or supply chain management. • Proven expertise sourcing Professional Services, Consulting Services, Managed Services, and Third-Party Labor. • Strong experience leading supplier negotiations, commercial discussions, and contract lifecycle management. • Demonstrated knowledge of Statement of Work management, supplier governance, and vendor performance management. • Advanced analytical skills with experience in spend analysis, cost modeling, business case development, and value tracking. • Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and influence decisions across cross-functional teams. • Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. Preferred Qualifications • Master’s degree or MBA. • Professional certifications such as CPSM, CIPS, CSCP, PMP, or equivalent. • Experience supporting global workforce solutions, contingent labor programs, or managed service provider models. • Knowledge of vendor management systems and supplier governance practices within regulated industries. • Experience with procurement, contract lifecycle management, ERP, reporting, and analytics platforms. • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and data-driven decision-making tools.
