We are Dover Precision Components, #LifeAtDPC The Material Handler is responsible for receiving incoming materials, verifying receipts against purchase order documentation accurate piece count, and executing inventory functions keeping materials current and available to production. This includes putting material away, assigning and maintaining storage locations, performing inventory and location transactions within the Syteline ERP system, conducting cycle counts, and kitting material for assembly jobs. When receiving and material handling workload allows, the Material Handler supports assembly operations as directed. The role is central to inventory accuracy, on-time material availability, and an organized material flow from receipt to point of use. Our Antigo facility is under ITAR/UNNPI regulations, must be a US Citizen. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Receiving • Unload and receive incoming materials, supplies, and equipment • Verify receipts against purchase orders, packing slips, and receiving documentation, confirming part numbers and piece count • Document and communicate discrepancies, damages, and shortages to Purchasing and / or Quality • Complete receipt transactions in the Syteline ERP system accurately and in a timely manner Inventory & Material Control • Assign and maintain material storage locations, ensuring the physical location matches the ERP record • Perform inventory moves, transfers, and issue transactions in Syteline under established guidelines • Conduct cycle counts, research discrepancies, report findings and root cause, and process approved adjustments • Maintain overall inventory and location accuracy, including proper identification and labeling of parts Kitting & Production Support • Pull and kit material for assembly jobs and work orders per the routing bill of material, and stage kits for the scheduled build at the point of use Assembly Support • Assist with assembly operations as receiving and material handling workload allows and as directed by the Operations Manager and / or Production Supervisor, following work instructions, drawings, and quality requirements General & Safety • Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, manual lifts, and pallet jacks, safely and in accordance with training and certification requirements • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance
