As an Investment Operations Analyst within our operations team, you will help ensure the seamless execution, settlement, and administration of a broad range of investment products. With multiple openings across the Investment Operations organization, you may align to teams supporting areas such as Alternatives, Mutual Funds, Equities, Fixed Income, foreign exchange (FX), Derivatives, and Regulatory Reporting. You will partner closely with investment teams, client service, operations colleagues, and technology partners to deliver outcomes for clients and continuously improve how we work.
Job responsibilities
Provide operational support across the trade and investment lifecycle, including confirmations, settlement, cash processing, asset transfers, corporate actions, reconciliations, and reporting Monitor daily workflows and follow up on exceptions to ensure timely and accurate completion of activities Investigate breaks and escalate issues appropriately to support timely resolution and minimize client impact Drive process improvement initiatives, including standardization, control enhancements, and operational risk reduction Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders, including technology, finance, custodians, brokers, and fund administrators Support audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory or internal reporting requirements with strong documentation and governance practices Partner with business and technology teams to gather requirements, support testing, and assist with implementations for process and control enhancements Learn and adopt approved artificial intelligence tools and new technologies to improve efficiency, accuracy, and service outcomes while maintaining strong controls and data discipline Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Strong written and verbal communication skills with working proficiency in English Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with data (for example, organizing, validating, reconciling, and reporting) Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Ability to prioritize effectively and take initiative in a fast-paced environment Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team across global partners A continuous improvement mindset and a professional, client-focused approach Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Interest in financial markets and the investment lifecycle across products such as Alternatives, Mutual Funds, Equities, Fixed Income, foreign exchange (FX), and Derivatives Exposure to data analytics, automation, or reporting tools (for example, Alteryx, Tableau, Python) Demonstrated interest in artificial intelligence-enabled tools or automation approaches (for example, prompt-based assistants and workflow orchestration) Experience in operations, finance, or a related environment.
