We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Officer, Securities & Derivatives Analyst 2 - C10 - Hybrid (Internal Job Title: Securities & Derivatives Analyst 2 - C10 based in Changi Business Park, Singapore. In this role, you’re expected to: The successful candidate will be reporting to the APAC Head of Exchange Traded Derivative Trade Management (ETD) The candidate will be responsible for timely management of ETD trade matching, allocation and clearing across a number of APAC Exchanges. Given that this is the first touch area for all client and house trades within ETD Operations, it is crucial that the candidate is highly focused on accuracy, timely risk management as well as diligent follow-up on root cause where failure in the trade flow arises. There is an expectation that the successful candidate will be driven to learn quickly and become proficient in multiple market procedures in a short space of time. The individual should also demonstrate curiosity and willingness to challenge current processes and suggest changes and improvements to team management to help us constantly improve and evolve. Matching and allocation across APAC ETD markets (including exchange facing markets: SFE, OSE, HK and SGX and broker markets eg Taiwan, Thailand, China, India, Malaysia. Management of T+1 exceptions including suspense and client query management Perform Exchange Regulatory reporting eg ASX DBOR, SGX PCS Follow-up and escalation of IT outages to minimize client impact and repeat issues Participation in UAT and system rollout as required Work closely with various stakeholders (locally and globally) eg Client Services, House Middle Office, Front Office desk, Client Executives, etc on trade flow/query/breaks Closely monitor and escalate to regional management any trading errors, missing allocations, unaccepted trades between Citi and third-party clearing brokers Able to work shift As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure: Qualifications knowledge and experience of Exchange Traded Derivatives (ETD) Minimum 1 – 3 years experiences in Operations Preferably with good knowledge of key industry futures systems, e.g. Exchange
