Qualifications
We are seeking: A compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused Registered Nurse (RN) Per Diem who is passionate about delivering high-quality care to patients experiencing addiction, mental health challenges, and co-occurring disorders. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative treatment environment, works well with a team, and is dedicated to supporting each patient’s recovery journey with empathy, professionalism, and clinical excellence. This role requires a strong commitment to patient-centered care, excellent communications skills, and the ability to build meaningful professional relationships with patients, families, and team members in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care and clinical support to patients experiencing addiction, mental health, and co-occurring disorders Conduct nursing assessments, monitor patient status, and document clinical observations accurately and timely Administer medications as prescribed and monitor patients’ effectiveness, side effects, and overall response to treatment Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation Support patients through their recovery process by promoting our integrative and holistic treatment approach Collaborate closely with the nursing director, physicians, therapists, case managers, and team members to coordinate patient care and treatment planning Maintain accurate, confidential, and compliant medical records in accordance with facility policies, HIPPA, CARF, and applicable state and federal regulations Respond appropriately to patient concerns, crisis situations, and medical or behavioral health emergencies while ensuring patient safety at all times Promote a safe, supportive, and patient-centered environment focused on respect, healing, and recovery Ensure confidentiality and uphold ethical
