Owns full-cycle recruiting strategy for complex, senior-level, or highly specialized technical searches, including engineering leadership, security, data, and AI roles, in addition to standard requisitions. Builds excellent relationships with hiring managers, HR business partners, and senior leadership by acting as a recruiting consultant, solving problems, and providing proactive and consistent communications. Builds and maintains a network of professional relationships to develop a highly qualified candidate pool, including colleges, universities, community, and professional organizations. Attends career and job fairs, both professional and college level. Participates in informal career fairs at colleges, universities, high schools, and community organizations. Facilitates pre-employment screenings and coordinates with managers to schedule interviews, including guidance on structuring interview loops for technical roles. Tracks and reports on recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, and offer acceptance rates, and uses that data to continuously improve the recruiting process. Credible Brand Representative. a significant part of your role is attracting passive candidates, including senior and hard-to-fill technical talent, to leave their current role to join Hy-Vee.
