Join us and transform the lives of patients while transforming your career. MANUFACTURING PROCESS TECHNICIAN (Multiple Positions) What you will do Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will support safe and efficient packaging processes (automated and manual), ensuring high-quality production through collaboration, precision, and adherence to Safety Standards and Good Manufacturing Practices. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: Clean, operate, set up, challenge and troubleshoot packaging equipment, ensuring safety, quality, compliance and efficiency. Perform manual and automatic packaging and operational activities. Document results accurately using electronic systems (i.e. Electronic Batch Record) and/or paper-based documents. Identify and resolve basic equipment performance issues; escalate deviations as needed. May act as a safety representative, participating actively on safety programs (See Cards, SIGHT 360 and daily ergonomics exercises). Maintain accurate records through systems such as SAP and EBR; ensure timely and consistent data entry. Follow cGMPs, SOPs, and safety protocols during all manufacturing activities. Maintain a clean, organized workspace to support efficient operations and product integrity. Participate in deviation investigations and assist with data collection and basic troubleshooting. Communicate effectively with team members during shift handoffs, huddles, and daily operations. Seek guidance from peers and leadership to build technical knowledge and adapt to changing priorities. Immediately escalate all unexpected events, atypical conditions, safety risks, or non-routine situations. Basic Qualifications
Associate's degree Or High school/GED + 1 year of Manufacturing work or military experience Preferred Qualifications: ·Experience in GMP manufacturing or another regulated environment. ·Familiarity with automatic, semi-automatic and manual packaging equipment and processes activities. Perform components and product reconciliations. Calculate exposure to light and room temperature. Committed to executing line cleaning and clearance activities with a strong focus on error prevention. Proficiency in computer systems and electronic batch records. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently. Team player with problem-solving skills, capable of troubleshooting issues and implementing corrective actions collaboratively. ·Quality-driven, diligent, and proactive with a positive attitude. ·Flexible to work non-standard shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed. ·Basic in both Spanish and English (written and verbal).
