This role is eligible for an incentive target of up to 5% or $, based on the achievement of individual and company performance objectives in accordance with the current terms of the incentive program which are subject to change. This role ensures consistency, quality, and efficiency in workflows that may include supplier onboarding, product lifecycle management, contract administration, and data maintenance. The analyst collaborates cross-functionally to identify opportunities for improvement and supports the implementation of scalable solutions. This position is hybrid requiring 3 days per week onsite at the Chicago, IL Merchandise Mart office or Lake Forest, IL headquarters. You Will

Facilitate and execute various operational activities involving supplier, cost, product lifecycle processes and data maintenance activities. Analyze process performance and identify opportunities for standardization and continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document requirements and support the development of tools that enhance operational workflows. Manage feedback channels and resolve issues to improve data quality and customer experience. Support project execution and reporting activities, including tracking milestones and communicating progress to stakeholders. Maintain and apply knowledge of process impacts
