As our Growth design Lead you'll lead the creation of a high-velocity experimentation engine that drives measurable business impact across the top of our funnel. You'll help define and execute an AI-first design strategy that connects world-class creative with core growth metrics — ensuring continuous optimization across acquisition, conversion, and activation. Operating at the intersection of design, data, and marketing, you'll translate behavioral and search insights into scalable, on-brand experiences, establish rigorous testing frameworks, and partner closely with Growth Marketing, Web/Engineering, Brand, and Data to accelerate conversion and revenue outcomes through disciplined, data-driven execution. If you have a strong track record of driving growth through experimentation, bring deep design and product thinking, understand SEO and conversion rate optimization, and have a forward-looking perspective on how AI can unlock customer and business value, we'd love to hear from you! Your portfolio shows both craft and outcomes. You drive growth through experimentation. You've designed and run A/B and multivariate tests, built and scaled experimentation programs, and moved quickly from hypothesis to live experiment without dropping your quality bar. You understand SEO and conversion rate optimization deeply, and you design with them in mind. You know how information architecture, landing page structure, page speed, and content strategy affect discoverability and conversion. You also stay ahead of how AI is transforming organic search and discovery, evolving site architecture and content strategy to remain optimized for SEO and localized (GEO) behaviors. You think in systems and you strengthen the ones that already exist. You've designed for CMS-driven platforms and modular frameworks, and you've built and contributed to reusable components inside a shared design systems so the whole team ships faster and more consistently. You actively use AI tools (e.g., Cursor, v0, Claude, Figma AI) to accelerate research, generate variants, prototype faster, and increase design velocity — and you have a forward-looking view on how AI can unlock customer and business value. You're deep in Figma: auto-layout, AI prototyping, and a track record of contributing to design systems there rather than working around them. You hold a high bar for usability, accessibility and brand integrity, and you treat brand and conversion as the same goal. You're a seasoned operator and a force multiplier. You've worked at the scale and pace of a fast-growing company, you own ambiguous, high-impact work end-to-end, and you mentor and level up other designers. You communicate and collaborate well. You partner naturally with growth marketers, brand designers, writers, engineers, and data, and you can articulate the "why" behind design decisions in terms of both user experience and
