For the right candidate, remote work options will also be considered. Reporting to the Manager, GDCL US Joints Reconstruction, Supply Chain, you will lead the execution of our US GDCL supply chain network.  The Senior Analyst, GDCL US Joints Reconstruction, Supply Chain plays a critical role in ensuring product availability and customer continuity across the Orthopaedics business. This individual is responsible for leading the identification, assessment, communication, and resolution of short-term supply constraints through the Short-Term Exception Management (STEM) process.

Summary Serving as a key liaison between Global Supply Chain and U.S. Commercial organizations, this role provides supply disruption analysis, develops mitigation strategies, manages demand allocation activities, and drives cross-functional decision making to minimize customer impact.
