This role requires offering strategic advice on selecting appropriate platforms, optimizing technology costs, and identifying value levers to enhance business outcomes. The advisor also focuses on developing and implementing cutting-edge technology assets tailored to specific industries or business functions, ensuring that solutions align with organizational goals and market demands. Collaboration with various stakeholders to drive impactful technology initiatives is a key aspect of daily activities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead strategic discussions to align technology platforms with business objectives. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to enhance overall performance. - Support junior team members by providing guidance and mentorship to foster professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries. - Strong expertise in production planning processes and discrete manufacturing environments. - Ability to analyze complex enterprise systems and recommend scalable technology solutions. - Experience in integrating production planning with other enterprise resource planning modules. - Skilled in identifying cost optimization opportunities within technology platforms. - Capability to develop industry-specific technology assets that drive operational efficiency.
