Salesforce & AWS Cloud platforms , designing, developing, and integrating enterprise software features CI/CD solutions at scale , enhancing delivery pipelines and automation to solve enterprise-level challenges High availability systems , maintaining platform service, proactive incident response, and permanent problem resolution Reusable patterns & standards , ensuring owned solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and highly reliable Certifications in Salesforce Administration and Salesforce Platform Developer 1 are essential . A certification in Salesforce Application Architecture is desirable . And meet most of the following: You have demonstrable experience in leading, coaching, and supporting an engineering team to achieve business and personal goals You possess empathy and a deep understanding of the day-to-day technical and delivery challenges developers face You are comfortable striking technical trade-offs between short-term delivery needs and long-term strategic business goals You are passionate about recruiting, nurturing, and developing exceptional engineering talent You advocate for inner-sourcing and cross-engineering collaboration to maximise shared learnings and reduce waste You enjoy identifying value-based intent to deliver on defined outcome team objectives and product roadmaps You thrive when solving real-world problems in a complex, regulated environment You enjoy hybrid working, with Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in our bright offices Where and how you'll work This is a permanent position based in our Nottingham office . We embrace a hybrid approach to work. You'll spend three days a week in the office (Tuesday-Thursday), with Monday and Friday being dedicated work-from-home days.
