We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Client Coverage to join our Asset Servicing team. This role is located in Singapore . In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Supports the management and development of a portfolio of Asset Servicing client relationships across Asia, contributing to client retention, revenue growth, and broader wallet penetration. Assists senior relationship managers in executing client plans, preparing for client meetings and reviews, and identifying strategic opportunities across the portfolio. Helps deliver a high-quality client experience through strong internal coordination, timely follow-up, and effective support of service-related matters and client priorities. Maintains accurate client, pipeline, call activity, and opportunity information in relevant CRM and reporting platforms, ensuring strong data quality and management visibility. Prepares and validates portfolio, client, pipeline, and revenue reporting to support account planning and business reviews. Builds knowledge of BNY’s Asset Servicing offerings and how solutions can support client needs across custody, fund services, middle office, data, and related capabilities. Supports the preparation of proposals, pricing reviews, renewals, and commercial documentation in alignment with client requirements and internal governance standards. Works closely with client service, operations, product, implementation, legal, compliance, and risk teams to coordinate client priorities and support effective relationship management. Supports the collection and follow-up of client feedback to enhance satisfaction, strengthen relationships, and identify improvement opportunities. Monitors key relationship developments and helps ensure client records, commercial activity, and opportunity data remain current across internal platforms. Promotes cross-functional collaboration and helps connect clients to the appropriate internal partners and solutions across the organization. Maintains awareness of market developments, competitor activity, and client trends across Asia to support informed client conversations. In support of senior coverage colleagues, contributes to the achievement of retention, revenue, and asset growth objectives across the assigned client portfolio. Over time, expected to develop toward more independent coverage of client relationships and increased commercial responsibility across the assigned Asset Servicing portfolio. No direct reports. To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Advanced degree or relevant professional qualification preferred. 2–5 years of relevant experience in financial services preferred, ideally in securities services, asset servicing, client management, sales support, product management, client service, implementation, or operations. Experience supporting institutional clients such as asset managers, asset owners, pensions, insurers, banks, intermediaries, or alternative managers is advantageous. Understanding of the Asia securities services landscape, including market structure, client requirements, competitive dynamics, and regional industry drivers, is preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills required. Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting skills with attention to detail. Ability to work across multiple internal teams and manage competing priorities effectively. Additional Asian language capabilities are beneficial where relevant to coverage needs. Understanding of local market practices and cultural nuances across Asia is advantageous.
