 The PLO area is responsible for the management and development of projects in the company. Your responsibilities will include 
 Applies knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to project activities to meet project requirements Manages cross-functional teams through the global development phase and/or regional execution projects. Takes projects from original concept through final implementation (maybe a regional execution) Influences cross-functionally to ensure smooth transition of projects to business owners Develops detailed work plans, schedules, dependencies, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports based on project scope and objectives Presents project status with recommendations to resolve issues and mitigate risks. Embraces opportunities to reduce complexity and inherent risk Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis including management of project risks. Develops plans to mitigate risks and resolve issues Manages tradeoffs to ensure optimal results are achieved Takes ownership of project delivery results through the influence and leadership of team members/leaders Minimum requirements
