We're looking for an accomplished Senior Architect (Site) to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. In this strategic role, you will take the lead in overseeing architectural design implementation and site operations for complex, large-scale construction projects. You will be instrumental in ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of design excellence, regulatory compliance, and quality craftsmanship. As a trusted advisor to design teams, contractors, and stakeholders, you will provide visionary leadership and technical expertise that drives project success from conception through completion. Oversee and monitor all on-site construction activities to ensure strict compliance with approved architectural drawings, specifications, and project requirements while maintaining transparent communication with all stakeholders Conduct comprehensive site inspections and quality assurance reviews to verify workmanship standards, material quality, and adherence to UAE building codes, regulations, and international construction standards Develop and maintain detailed site documentation, including daily reports, inspection logs, change orders, construction records, and progress documentation to ensure complete project transparency Collaborate effectively with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to resolve technical challenges, clarify design intent, and implement corrective actions in a timely and professional manner Analyze complex construction challenges and develop innovative, practical solutions that maintain project timelines and budgets while upholding design integrity Lead, mentor, and support on-site teams with clear communication of architectural requirements, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes professional excellence and continuous improvement Review and approve shop drawings, material samples, and construction methodologies to ensure full compliance with design specifications and project standards Champion health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance protocols, ensuring consistent implementation and adherence throughout all construction phases Manage stakeholder communications and prepare comprehensive progress reports, presenting findings and recommendations to project management and key decision-makers Work collaboratively with design teams to assess field conditions, evaluate design modifications, and implement solutions that address real-world construction scenarios Qualifications Minimum 12+ years of professional experience in architectural design, site supervision, and construction project management Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale commercial, residential, or mixed-use construction projects from
