Labcorp is seeking a Senior Director, Oncology & AP Supply Chain Operations to lead the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of end-to-end supply chain operations supporting Anatomic Pathology (AP), Molecular Diagnostics, and Oncology testing services . This leadership role oversees the flow of specimens, reagents, consumables, and laboratory materials across patient service centers, pre-analytical operations, histology, cytology, molecular diagnostics, and genomic testing environments, ensuring operational excellence, quality, regulatory compliance, and reliable support for precision oncology programs. This is an exciting opportunity for a supply chain leader who understands the critical role laboratory operations play in delivering timely, accurate patient results. We welcome professionals with backgrounds in histotechnology, cytotechnology, anatomic pathology, molecular diagnostics, laboratory operations, logistics, or healthcare supply chain management who are passionate about transforming complex operational networks into scalable, efficient, and patient-focused solutions. Work Schedule This is a full‑time, exempt (salaried) position assigned typically Monday through Friday, with occasional evening, weekend, and on-call responsibilities. This hybrid schedule includes a minimum of three in-office days per week in Burlington, NC supporting both collaboration and flexibility. Up to 50% travel, including domestic and international. Primarily office-based with occasional work in laboratory environments.
