Responsibilities 1. Own end‑to‑end management of relationships with Brazilian industry associations, including partner screening, negotiation, regular stakeholder communication, partnership agreement execution, and long‑term alliance maintenance. Drive joint‑value co‑creation between TikTok Shop and industry associations. 2. Design and execute co‑branded joint promotion initiatives with industry associations, formulate joint marketing plans, align resource allocation, co‑develop communication materials, and expand platform influence among local merchant communities. 3. Lead planning, operation and delivery of both offline and online seller‑focused marketing activities for TikTok Shop Brazil: including industry summits, merchant workshops, roadshows, seller training camps, virtual webinars, campaign challenges, and large‑scale shopping festival supporting events. Track full‑cycle project progress, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and ensure on‑time high‑quality delivery. 4. Define activity KPIs covering merchant participation rate, merchant activation, brand exposure, GMV contribution, and partnership influence. Conduct post‑event data analysis, output insights & optimization recommendations, and iterate activity playbooks for reuse. 5. Collect feedback from industry associations and merchant groups, identify merchant pain points and market opportunities, feed insights back to internal product, operation and marketing teams, and support iteration of seller‑oriented products & policies. 6. Collaborate closely with local sales, merchant operations, marketing, PR and TSP teams to align partnership & marketing priorities, unify external messaging, and amplify the impact of joint campaigns. 7. Build standardized SOPs for association management and seller marketing projects, manage partnership asset archives, and continuously improve operational efficiency of partnership marketing workflows.
