Line of Service Advisory Industry/Sector Not Applicable Specialism Operations Management Level Associate Job Description & Summary A career within SAP Consulting services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients maximise the value of their SAP investment with offerings that address sales, finance, supply chain, engineering, and human capital. We provide comprehensive consulting, system integration and implementation services across multiple SAP applications, products and technologies. Simply put, we focus on delivering business led, technology enabled change for our clients including industry specific enterprise resource planning and the latest in mobile, analytics and cloud solutions.

Configure SAP PP module components including MRP, CRP and Production Process. Configure SAP QM module components including Inspection Plans, Quality Notifications, Quality Info Records, and Certificates of Analysis (CoA) Validate and cleanse master data (Material Master PP/QM views, BOM, Routing, Inspection Plans, Work Centers) to ensure accuracy before configuration and testing Gather and process client requirements through discussions with business users and functional leads; translate them into system configuration Customize PP-QM integration settings Prepare functional specification documents (FSDs) for custom developments, reports, interfaces, and enhancements; coordinate with ABAP team for development and clarify requirements during build Review ABAP-developed objects (reports, interfaces, enhancements) against functional specifications and provide feedback/corrections Perform Unit Testing (UT),  Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and  User Acceptance Testing (UAT  of configured scenarios and custom developments before moving to integration testing Troubleshoot configuration issues, master data issues, and integration issues (PP-QM-MM-SD) during testing and post-go-live phases Document configuration steps, test scripts, and process flows as per project methodology Support cutover activities, data migration validation, and go-live readiness checks Provide post-go-live hyper care support, addressing incidents and stabilizing production and quality processes  Mandatory skill sets  Experience in SAP PP module configuration. Experience in SAP QM module configuration Strong understanding of PP-QM integration points and quality-triggered production processes Experience working with discrete and/or process manufacturing scenarios requiring quality checks Knowledge of integration between PP-QM and EWM, MM, SD and FICO. Experience in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation (blueprint to go-live) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Preferred skill sets  Experience with SAP S/4HANA PP and QM modules Exposure to Advanced Planning tools such as SAP APO or Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Knowledge of Variant Configuration (VC) and Make-to-Order (MTO) processes with quality controls Experience in regulated industries (Pharma, Automotive, Food & Beverage, Chemicals) with compliance requirements Familiarity with SAP QM certificates, batch management, and recall management processes Basic understanding about QM- IDI (Inspection Data Interface) integration Exposure to SAP Fiori apps related to production and quality management Understanding of GxP, ISO, or other regulatory/compliance frameworks Exposure to ABAP debugging for issue resolution (functional understanding) Years of experience required  Minimum 2–4 Years of relevant SAP PP-QM experience At least 1 full-cycle SAP implementation project preferred Education Qualification   Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university in Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a relevant discipline; MBA will be an added advantage Education (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified) Degrees/Field of Study required: Degrees/Field of Study preferred: Certifications (if blank, certifications not specified) Required Skills Optional
