As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will serve as a trusted talent advisor to leaders across our Finance and Audit organizations, helping shape the future of these critical business functions. In this highly visible role, you will lead full cycle recruitment efforts, influence hiring strategies, and build talent pipelines that support both immediate business needs and long-term organizational growth. Serve as a strategic talent partner to hiring managers across our Finance and Audit business lines, providing market insights, recruiting expertise, and innovative talent solutions to attract top talent. Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer consultation, and onboarding, while ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience. Partner with hiring managers, senior leadership, HRBPs, and Centers of Excellence to understand workforce needs, develop talent acquisition strategies, and proactively build talent pipelines for key current and future hiring needs. Leverage recruiting metrics, market intelligence, and industry trends to provide consultative guidance and continuously improve recruiting effectiveness and hiring outcomes. Promote and strengthen our employer brand through creative sourcing strategies, recruiting technologies, digital platforms, and candidate engagement initiatives. Manage and coordinate the interview process, including interview scheduling, interview events, and stakeholder communications, ensuring an efficient and professional experience for all participants. Prepare hiring teams to effectively assess talent and support informed hiring decisions aligned with business needs and organizational culture. Evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and potential through thoughtful screening and assessment practices, providing recommendations and guidance throughout the selection process. Utilize a variety of sourcing tools, networking strategies, and talent market research techniques to identify and engage both active and passive candidates. Maintain accurate recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system while ensuring compliance with established processes and standards. Share knowledge, best practices, and guidance with junior recruiters while contributing to a collaborative and high performing Talent Acquisition team. What we’re looking for
Must-Haves
3-5+ Years experience in talent acquisition directly aligned to the specific responsibilities for this role Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels Proven ability to consult with hiring managers and provide strategic talent acquisition guidance Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail Ability to thrive in a fast paced, evolving environment while managing multiple priorities Application Deadline
