Operates and monitors machinery and equipment used in manufacturing or production processes. This role requires individuals to follow safety protocols, ensure quality standards are met, and maintain efficiency in operations.  Essential Duties/Responsibilities: •  Operate and fully understand the mechanical functions of all machines machines, including ink mixing and color matching. •  Perform quality tests in compliance with ISO procedures and maintain productivity standards. •  Troubleshoot and resolve moderately complex issues with limited supervision. •  Train and assist other operators in understanding and applying job documents. •  Collaborate with internal teams to resolve problems and improve processes. •  Follow work orders, labeling requirements, and established safety practices, including the use of PPE. •  Build positive working relationships within the team and department. •  Learn, adhere to, and follow company processes, policies, and directions. •  Train team members as directed. •  Uphold company values and standards in all activities.
