Cocktail Server Model - Casino Service Bars

The Cocktail Server Model - Casino Service Bars is responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service to guests throughout the casino while maintaining the Forbes Five-Star standards of Wynn Las Vegas. This role combines luxury cocktail service with model and presenter responsibilities, creating memorable guest experiences through professional service, engaging interactions, and polished presentation. The Cocktail Server Model participates in special events, promotional activities, and in-house modeling programs while supporting a fast-paced, high-volume service environment.

Provide exceptional beverage service to guests in assigned casino service bar areas while ensuring a warm, professional, and engaging guest experience. Take beverage orders accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems. Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with Wynn Las Vegas service standards and all applicable laws and regulations. Handle cash, credit card, and room charge transactions accurately and responsibly. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, champagne, beer, and specialty beverage offerings. Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service that exceeds expectations. Participate in in-house modeling programs, promotional appearances, and special casino events as assigned. Perform model and presenter duties for Wynn Las Vegas events, marketing initiatives, and entertainment programs. Maintain designated service stations and ensure cleanliness, organization, and proper stock levels throughout each shift. Work collaboratively with bartenders, beverage runners, supervisors, and other team members to ensure seamless service. Follow all health, safety, responsible alcohol service, and company policies and procedures. Maintain a polished, professional appearance in accordance with Wynn Las Vegas grooming and wardrobe standards.

Minimum one year of experience in a high-volume beverage, casino, lounge, nightlife, or nightclub environment required. Previous model, presenter, or promotional experience preferred, but not required. Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, champagne, mixed cocktails, and beverage service techniques required. Experience with European bottle service preferred. Must be at least 21 years of age. Ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written English with guests and team members. Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, luxury hospitality environment. Strong interpersonal, communication, and guest engagement skills. Ability to maintain professionalism and composure while managing multiple guest requests. Must be able to obtain and maintain all licenses, certifications, and work cards required by Wynn Las Vegas and applicable regulatory agencies. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong understanding of luxury service standards and guest relations. Professional presentation and public-facing communication skills. Ability to build rapport with guests while maintaining service efficiency. Knowledge of responsible alcohol service practices. Ability to operate point-of-sale systems and process financial transactions accurately. Fluency in spoken and written English required; additional language skills are a plus. Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment. Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
