Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Quality Transport Manager for General Cargo Operations (m/f) to join our Quality Procurement Transport team based in Toulouse, France. Reporting to the Transport Quality Manager, you will work within the scope of Transport operations. You will be responsible for developing and ensuring the quality performance of operational activities for the General Cargo perimeter. Your challenges: Develop and steer the long-term quality strategy and roadmaps for General Cargo, in line with overall Airbus Transport objectives. Develop, deploy, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) while ensuring compliance with internal requirements and regulations. Provide quality authority to the network of 4PL/3PL service and transport providers. Facilitate problem-solving (RCA) and corrective and preventive action plans. Conduct supplier audits and assessments (Spot Assessments) on cross-docking platforms and at carriers to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities. Transform operational data into KPI dashboards and present performance and risk management reports to management. Your boarding pass: Proven experience in quality management applied to the transport, logistics, or aeronautics sector. Mastery of Quality Management and non-conformance management. Methodical problem-solving and root cause analysis (5 Whys, Ishikawa methodologies). Operational data analysis, KPI definition, and creation of performance dashboards. Transversal leadership and management of Multi-Functional Teams (MFT) in an international and decentralized environment. Not a 100% match? No worries!
