Senior Auditor (Audit)

We are looking for a Senior Auditor to join our Audit team in Tashkent.   As a Senior Auditor, you will work with leading clients across different industries, participate in complex audit engagements, and play an active role in developing junior team members. • Participate in and lead audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients • Review financial statements and assess compliance with IFRS and other applicable standards • Identify audit risks and perform audit procedures in line with EY methodology • Analyze financial information, business processes, and internal controls • Communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients and engagement teams • Support, coach, and review the work of junior team members • Work closely with managers and partners to deliver high-quality client service   What we look for:   • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field • ACCA, CPA, or another professional qualification completed or in progress • 3-6 years of experience in audit, accounting, or financial reporting • Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards • Previous experience in a Big Four environment will be considered an advantage • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines   What we offer:   • Opportunity to work with leading local and international clients • Professional development and continuous learning opportunities • Support in obtaining professional qualifications • Exposure to a wide range of industries and business environments • Collaborative and inclusive working culture • Clear career growth opportunities within EY
