Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Culture and Employee Experience Intern who will support our Culture and Communities team in designing and delivering culture-building programs and internal experiences. You will help bring Globe’s purpose and values to life through campaigns, employee initiatives, and meaningful touchpoints across the employee journey. You should be a natural storyteller who can capture and articulate employee stories, translate insights into concepts, and turn culture into clear, engaging narratives.
Key Responsibilities
Support the design, planning, and execution of culture-building initiatives, rituals, and programs across the employee lifecycle (e.g., onboarding, milestones, recognition, internal events). Assist in managing internal culture campaigns that reinforce Globe’s purpose, values, and desired behaviors. Spot, gather, and write compelling employee stories that showcase Globe’s culture, communities, and everyday expressions of our values. Create and design content (e.g., internal comms, visuals, decks, simple toolkits) that support culture programs and inclusive employee communities. Write and edit engaging content for internal platforms and channels (e.g., intranet, newsletters, internal social feeds, event materials). Support project management efforts by coordinating events and initiatives and tracking their engagement and impact. Participate in brainstorming and co-creation sessions to generate creative concepts for culture campaigns, rituals, and experiences.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Organization Development, Communications, Marketing, Behavioral Sciences, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for storytelling and translating experiences into engaging narratives. Basic design or presentation skills (e.g., Canva, PowerPoint) are an advantage. Organized, with the ability to help manage multiple tasks, events, or projects simultaneously. Creative thinker with an interest in culture building, employee experience, inclusion, and/or community building. Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working with diverse stakeholders.
