As part of Aon’s NA Talent Solutions Operations team, you will help enable better business outcomes by partnering with practice leadership to strengthen operating discipline, improve forecasting accuracy, and support and evolve core business process across the Talent Solutions portfolio, including vendor management support and support and execution on Talent and ABS initiatives. What the day will look like You will support the North America Talent Solutions business through a combination of business process support, analytics, and operational governance. Key responsibilities include: Supporting and enabling end‑to‑end business processes across NA Talent Solutions, including forecasting, utilization management, billing hygiene, revenue recognition support, capacity planning, and other core operating rhythms. Partnering with business owners to document, standardize, and improve operational processes to drive consistency, efficiency, and scalability across the platform. Owning and enhancing management reporting and dashboards, with a strong emphasis on Power BI as the primary visualization and decision‑support tool. Enabling business leaders with data and dashboards by translating complex data into clear, actionable, executive‑ready insights that inform decisions and priorities. Acting as a trusted thought partner to practice and operations leaders by proactively surfacing trends, risks, and opportunities through data‑driven analysis. Project managing operational initiatives aligned to practice priorities such as margin improvement, demand/capacity alignment, and scalable delivery models. Partnering with finance and operations stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and transparency across tools, dashboards, and reporting outputs. Supporting the rollout and adoption of standardized tools, reporting, and ways of working across the NA Talent Solutions platform. You will develop deep knowledge of Talent Solutions business models, service offerings, and internal operating mechanics while helping evolve the practice toward greater analytical and operational maturity. Skills and experience that will lead to success Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience. 2+ years of experience in an operations, analytics, consulting, or business management role. Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience building and maintaining dashboards and reporting to support business decisions. Power BI experience required, including data modeling, dashboard development, and insight storytelling for business and leadership audiences. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables); experience working with large, complex, or imperfect data sets. Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills, with the ability to support multiple business processes simultaneously. Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, multi‑stakeholder environment. Comfortable enabling and influencing leaders at multiple levels through clear data, dashboards, and structured insights.
