What You Will Do
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local EH&S regulations, including OSHA, EPA, and relevant industry standards. Monitor regulatory updates and communicate impacts to site leadership and operational stakeholders. Lead and support compliance audits, inspections, and corrective action planning. Prepare, review, and submit required regulatory reports, permits, and documentation. Manage and maintain EH&S records, certifications, and compliance tracking systems. Support development, implementation, and updates to EH&S programs, policies, and training materials. Conduct risk assessments, hazard analyses, and compliance evaluations for operations and projects. Partner cross‑functionally with Maintenance, Operations, Engineering, and contractors to integrate EH&S requirements. Participate in incident investigations and assist in root-cause analysis and corrective action development. Coordinate contractor pre‑qualification, onboarding, and compliance in alignment with corporate and site requirements. Assist with emergency response planning, drills, and readiness activities.

Qualifications
You Must Have: Advanced degree and 3+ years of experience in EH&S Compliance, Regulatory Programs, Ergonomics, or Industrial Safety; OR Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant industry experience. Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and applicable regulatory standards. Experience conducting audits, inspections, and corrective action follow‑up. Ability to interpret and apply complex regulations to real‑world operations.
Qualifications
We Prefer: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Kinesiology, Health and Safety, or Environmental Sciences. Prior experience managing and leading project teams or leading major initiatives. Experience in manufacturing environment ideally in Aerospace industry, with a focus on environmental compliance, standards, regulations and best-practices. Professional certifications such as Associate Safety Professional (ASP), Safety Professional (CSP), Professional Environmental Auditor (CPEA), Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM), or Industrial Hygienist (CIH), or similar.
