Lead Counsel, Product (Instagram)

Meta's Product Counsel organization provides strategic legal advice and risk mitigation to product, engineering, and business teams across Meta's family of apps and services. Attorneys in this organization partner cross-functionally to address complex, novel legal issues in a fast-paced, innovative environment and influence product and business decisions at scale.

This role sits within the Product Counsel team focused on Instagram, advising Instagram's product and engineering teams on a broad range of legal matters including privacy, data protection, consumer protection, intellectual property, advertising, and platform integrity. The attorney in this role will serve as a strategic legal partner to Instagram's leadership and cross-functional teams, helping navigate evolving regulatory frameworks, building scalable legal solutions, and ensuring that Instagram's products and features are developed and launched responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws worldwide.
