Job Overview
The Director of Continuous Improvement will lead enterprise-wide initiatives that strengthen TE Connectivity’s culture of operational excellence. This role is not only about improving processes—it is about developing people, enabling leaders, and embedding a continuous improvement mindset across the organisation. Working globally and cross-functionally, they will align business strategy with execution, foster collaboration, and build the organisational capabilities that drive long-term success. Leading global continuous improvement programs that build capability and deliver measurable results. Partnering with senior leadership to connect enterprise strategy with day-to-day operations. Embedding standard frameworks and best practices to drive consistency across functions. Diagnosing organisational performance gaps and enabling teams to implement effective solutions. Building a culture of inclusion, learning, and accountability where employees thrive and innovate. Apply deep understanding of business concepts to shape informed, enterprise-level decisions. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and professional experience. Experience leading enterprise-wide continuous improvement, operational excellence, Lean, or business transformation
