At Weyerhaeuser, the Senior Workforce Management Analyst serves as a strategic workforce management expert responsible for optimizing labor utilization, workforce planning, scheduling effectiveness, and compliance across U.S. and Canadian operations. This role provides enterprise-level oversight of UKG Pro WFM and related workforce management processes, while partnering with Operations, HR, Payroll, Finance, HRMS, and executive leadership to drive labor strategy, productivity improvements, and workforce planning initiatives. The Senior Workforce Management Analyst leads complex workforce management programs, develops advanced labor forecasting models, identifies operational efficiencies, and influences business decisions through workforce analytics and data-driven insights. This position serves as the highest-level subject matter expert for workforce management processes and technology, providing strategic guidance and leadership on system enhancements, compliance requirements, labor optimization, and future workforce needs.
What You'll Do
Workforce Management Systems Leadership - Serve as enterprise lead and senior subject matter expert for UKG Pro WFM Timekeeping, Scheduling, Attendance, and Labor Management modules. - Lead evaluation, design, testing, and optimization efforts of new UKG functionality, system enhancements, upgrades, and workforce management solutions. - Participate in system governance, configuration standards, and best practices to ensure consistency across business units. - Drive automation initiatives that improve user experience, process efficiency, data integrity, and reporting capabilities. - Partners with HRMS, IT, Payroll, and vendors to prioritize enhancements and deliver workforce management technology roadmaps. - Partner on design and maintain advanced workforce analytics, dashboards, KPIs, and predictive models that provide actionable insights for leadership decision-making. - Mentor and provide guidance to Workforce Management Analysts and other functional partners. - Develop documentation, training materials, and workforce management best practices for various stakeholders. Workforce Management Strategy & Planning - Lead enterprise workforce management strategies that support operational efficiency, labor productivity, cost management, and workforce optimization across multiple business units. - Recommend strategies to improve workforce utilization, scheduling effectiveness, overtime management, attendance performance, and labor cost efficiency. - Work with the business to develop and maintain short-term and long-term labor forecasts, capacity planning models, staffing scenarios, and workforce plans to support business objectives. - Provide expert consultation on workforce planning initiatives associated with organizational growth, restructuring, acquisitions, or operational changes. - Partner with Operations, HR, Finance, and business leaders to proactively identify workforce risks, labor constraints, and staffing opportunities.
