The Team
• You will be a key member of the Finance department, reporting directly to the VP, GTM Finance.
• You will act as a dedicated partner to executive leaders across our Go-To-Market (GTM) organizations, which include functions such as Services, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partner Eco-Systems.
• The position is based in Madrid, Spain, and operates on a hybrid work model.
The Role
• As the Finance Business Partner, you will transcend traditional FP&A and budget tracking to act as a strategic advisor at the intersection of growth strategy and financial discipline.
• You will serve as the primary financial co-pilot to GTM executives, taking ownership of the financial modeling, capacity planning, and operational metrics for your aligned departments.
• You will act as a growth catalyst and translator, turning complex financial data into actionable operational strategies for non-finance leaders, while outlining the financial impacts of operational realities.
The work you'll do
• Lead the annual budgeting and rolling forecasting cycles for headcount, discretionary program spend, and variable compensation or agency fees for assigned departments.
• Evaluate the financial impact, efficiency, and return on investment (ROI) of headcount additions, GTM investments, tools, and strategic initiatives.
• Build, maintain, and own sophisticated capacity, utilization, and productivity models to ensure hiring and resource allocation align with the sales pipeline and business goals.
• Define, track, and analyze critical B2B SaaS metrics and operational data to optimize margins, delivery costs, and overall financial performance.
• Lead quarterly reviews with GTM executives and develop executive-level dashboards in partner platforms to provide real-time visibility and data-backed recommendations.
• Establish clear frameworks and financial models for complex programs, such as commercial partner agreements, revenue recognition, or marketing attribution.
The qualifications you need
• 8+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or corporate finance.
• At least 5 years of experience specifically supporting GTM organizations (such as Services, CS, Marketing, or Channel/Partners) at a B2B SaaS or technology company.
• 5+ years of experience working alongside executive leadership to align operational execution with financial impacts.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a quantitative field, with an MBA or CFA considered a plus.
• Deep understanding of B2B SaaS unit economics, key metrics, and complex multi-touch attribution or revenue recognition rules.
• Advanced to elite Excel and financial modeling skills, including the ability to build dynamic capacity and utilization models from scratch.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise CRM, business intelligence, and FP&A tools such as Pigment, Salesforce, Workday, Adaptive Insights, Tableau, or PowerBI.
• Exceptional data storytelling and communication skills, enabling you to distill massive data sets into
