Job Responsibilities

Complete required training for each assigned fabrication or machining process; complete all compliance and EHS training Actively contribute to a high performance, self directed work team; participate in safety and/or quality audits Execute production tasks across multiple CMC process areas, as trained and qualified, which may include: Gerber table cutting equipment Lay up (hand application of raw material onto molds) Furnace operations: autoclave, burnout, melt infiltration Grit blasting CNC machine operation Non conventional machining (EDM, laser drilling) Visual and machine inspection Follow standard work, safety procedures, and quality requirements; accurately record operations and production data Support problem solving and continuous improvement to enhance Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost. Qualifications/Requirements High school diploma or GED Flexibility to adjust schedules for training, as required Ability to perform tasks requiring manual dexterity Legally authorized to work in the United States; any offer is contingent upon successful completion of the pre‑employment process (including background check and drug screening) This role may encounter high risk or hazardous operations and/or include working shifts beyond a standard workweek.
