Taking full responsibility for the Back End Material roadmap for organic chip carrier (e.g. BGA/LGA). Cooperate with suppliers in China & Global: build & establish good relationships with (new) suppliers, organize on-site (technical) visits, foster knowledge exchanges. Your role Key responsibilities in your new role - Taking full responsibility for the Back End Material roadmap for organic chip carrier (e.g. BGA/LGA). Cooperate with suppliers in China & Global: build & establish good relationships with (new) suppliers, organize on-site (technical) visits, foster knowledge exchanges - Central expert for chip carrier made of laminated organic and/ or routable metal substrates with focus on technology, market overview, cost, performance and integration capability - Further knowledge in the areas of PCB and ceramic based substrates is highly welcome

- Guide, set and govern strategy regarding organic chip carrier for IFX BE (incl. metal based routable substrates e.g. MIS) Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed - Master's degree in materials engineering/ materials science, semiconductor packaging, chemical engineering, physics or equivalent - Looking for an experienced professional (> 5yrs) in the packaging arena or PCB industry - Leading edge knowledge to assess technologies and identification of substantial advantages/disadvantages in the application areas of substrate technologies like laminate, MIS, RtLF, MLP, ceramics
