We are seeking candidates who model our values: invest in every relationship, lead with curiosity, champion diverse perspectives, turn inputs into actions, and uphold trust through integrity.  Skills and Competencies 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise systems architecture and software engineering, with a strong track record of leading large-scale, mission-critical integrations in complex, global organizations Deep, hands-on expertise with Workday, including architecting and delivering enterprise-grade integrations using EIBs, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and SOAP/REST web services; advanced familiarity with Workday HCM modules, security domains, business processes, calculated fields, and Workday data models Demonstrated leadership in defining and owning Workday integration strategy across the enterprise, including governance frameworks, integration standards, and platform roadmaps that align with organizational objectives Proven ability to architect and deliver complex Workday integrations with downstream platforms such as identity management systems, payroll providers, data warehouses, and SaaS applications; strong experience with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft or equivalent Working knowledge of AWS and/or Azure cloud environments, with demonstrated experience in cloud-native and hybrid architecture initiatives; experience in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipeline design is a plus Expert-level proficiency in RESTful API design and understanding of microservices architecture; ability to set technical standards and guide cross-functional engineering teams in producing architecture diagrams, integration specifications, and technical workflows Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior business and technology leaders and translate strategic objectives into actionable, enterprise-aligned technical roadmaps Deep expertise in artificial intelligence, with a track record of implementing advanced AI solutions to drive strategic transformation and operational efficiency. Strong experience using AI tools to lead innovation initiatives.
