Services Counsel Manager

As Services Counsel, you will support the GSL teams aligned to Digital Core, AI & Data, Cybersecurity, or Technology in conducting assessments of new service and product offerings, solutions, capabilities, and preparing those offerings for market. Identify legal and regulatory risks and develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with colleagues across the business, Global Services Legal and the broader Legal team Enable Accenture’s Sales & Delivery Legal team to efficiently handle day-to-day contracting, including developing guidance and templates and providing SME support to deal teams Support the evaluation of prospective acquisition targets and development and implementation of post-merger integration strategy Knowledge Skills and Experience Minimum [ 8 yrs.] relevant experience in a corporate or law firm setting, ideally advising on data and AI services Experience with technology services, emerging technologies and offerings.   Understanding or willingness to learn applicable regulatory landscapes as required for the offerings Track record of developing trusted relationships with business leaders Experience shaping deals and evaluating innovative commercial models for new product and service offerings, ideally including data & AI services Experience analyzing complex facts and situations to provide risk analysis and mitigation strategies.  Behaviours and Attributes Strong interest in continuous learning about emerging technologies Commitment to a creative, inclusive, and diverse workplace Ability to build a sense of belonging in a team and establish a sense of common purpose inside the larger Accenture Legal department Open to learn, work with and understand cross-cultures and locations throughout the Accenture global organization Excellent commercial acumen, ability to deal with ambiguity, and create clarity with a pragmatic approach Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills Education and Qualifications Education: JD and admission in good standing with applicable bar association(s) (or their local equivalents) Location: [Flexible] About Accenture Accenture is a leading global professional services company that helps the world’s leading businesses, governments and other organizations build their digital core, optimize their operations, accelerate revenue growth and enhance citizen services—creating tangible value at speed and scale.
