What this job involves – This role is responsible for overseeing the management of assigned sites within the account-owned and/or occupied portfolio. The position ensures compliance with local, state, and federal requirements while managing relationships with line of business and third-party stakeholders. The role also involves leading a team of Facility Management professionals. Your day-to-day tasks will include: Managing the performance and outcomes of assigned staff Interfacing with third-party owners (Landlords) to ensure contract compliance and resolve tenant relations issues Providing facility services in accordance with account standards, policies, and procedures Ensuring compliance with portfolio-wide initiatives and relevant laws and regulations Coordinating and managing Facility Management services within assigned facilities and geography Preparing, submitting , and managing facility budgets, tracking variances, and overseeing recovery processes Supporting the collection of management fees and reimbursements from 3rd party tenants Executing staff development plans and participating in compensation planning processes Desired experience and technical skills - Requirements: 8+ years of experience in managing facilities services Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of experience and education Strong leadership and relationship building skills Excellent problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills Superior verbal/written communication and presentation skills Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service Knowledge of standard business and accounting practices Proficiency in Excel and data analysis Preferred: Advanced degree CPM, RPA, or CSM designation Real estate license This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Estimated compensation for this position: 134,200.00 – 164,400.00 USD per year This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
