The Global Business Service Center (GBSC) is a shared services center within Mastercard whose mission is to add value to our partners and serve our customers by delivering operational excellence, enhanced customer experiences, and focused business results. The Manager, Invoice and Purchase Order Operations will execute on this mission in collaboration with peers and support of Transaction Services Leadership. • Do you want to be part of a dynamic and agile team environment? • Are you motivated to drive business transformation on a global scale? • Are you a collaborative leader who empowers employees to deliver measurable results? Role • Member of global function such as accounts payable, master data or payment operations in the procure to pay space. • Ensures quality and timely resolution for level 2 customer inquiries. • Ability to perform root cause analysis and resolve issues. • Manages daily operating activities as a service to deliver process automation, financial risk management and innovative customer solutions. • Interacts with offshore and onshore resources in addition to Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) service delivery. • Communicates process issues or updates to stakeholders, assesses and recommends opportunities for improvement • Liaises with GBSC, regional, and business teams to ensure compliance with all represented policies and controls • Ensures compliance to SOX controls and maintains documentation as assigned All About You • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent work experience • Experience using Oracle, Tableau and Coupa preferred. • Experience in procure to pay processes with reliance on metrics-based performance management tools • Experience evaluating business processes and providing recommendations on ways to effectively streamline processes and improve customer experience * Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency and accuracy Corporate Security Responsibility All activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks comes with an inherent risk to the organization and, therefore, it is expected that every person working for, or on behalf of, Mastercard is responsible for information security and must: Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices; Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed; Report any suspected information security violation or breach, and Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard’s guidelines.
