Compliance Program Manager Senior

As a Compliance Program Manager Senior within PNC's Enterprise Compliance organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA / Columbus, OH / Downers Grove, IL. This position manages a high-performing team that performs critical complaint monitoring, deep-dive assessment, and process analysis work to identify systemic and thematic concerns that pose compliance risk as well as Issue analysis and reporting. Key high-level responsibilities, in addition to managing and coaching the team will include, but not limited to: • Support the UDAAP complaints model, including assessing and assigning for review the top scoring complaints identified by the model as potential UDAP/UDAAP risk and feeding results of reviews back to the model manager for retraining. • Conduct complaint monitoring functions, including soliciting topics for deep dives, assigning and overseeing team execution, and quarterly reporting of review outcomes. • Support issues management activities, including Customer Financial Issue scoring, thematic analysis, and reporting, to ensure adherence with established guidelines. • Perform relevant tasks in support of the Compliance Program Framework (Identify, Assess, Monitor, Report), including periodic risk assessments and reporting. • Perform independent detective risk management activities including monitoring and targeted reviews. • Provide support for relevant exams and audits, including for UDAP/UDAAP, complaints, and CMS. • Facilitating and managing annual compliance-owned metrics refresh and associated Whitepaper updates. Establishes and enhances effective compliance programs and designs policies to identify and prevent illegal, unethical, or improper business practices. Trains, monitors, and manages junior staff and remediates any issues. Constructively challenges conclusions/status quo and uses established credibility to influence customers. Supports key business initiatives by drawing conclusions from data to identify compliance risks. Presents resolutions to manage and mitigate the identified risks to business partners. If necessary, escalates identified risks to senior team members. Identifies compliance impact on matters such as marketing materials, sales programs, product development, documentation review and other business initiatives. Works cooperatively with the business, legal partners, audit and other risk disciplines across the organization. May include developing, facilitating, and conducting Compliance training programs for junior staff. Assesses activity for existing and emerging risks. Evaluates the materiality of the risks identified and presents recommendations on necessary risk mitigation to senior leadership. Uses knowledge on current laws, rules, and other regulatory requirements and drafts or assesses Compliance Manuals, Front Office materials, policies and procedures to ensure alignment. Manages regulatory examinations and inquiries, including the coordination of interviews and information requests from regulatory agencies.
