Director Strategic Workforce Planning

Your role As an HR Capacity Planner, you will focus on ensuring the organization has the right capacity in place to meet current and future demand. You will translate business forecasts into actionable capacity plans, balancing supply and demand across people, skills, and delivery needs. Your work enables leaders to make informed decisions, reduce risk, and deliver consistent outcomes for customers. This role blends analytical work with close collaboration across HR, Finance, and business stakeholders, with a strong emphasis on planning accuracy and scenario-based decision making. What you will do •Develop short and long-term capacity plans aligned to business demand, growth forecasts, and delivery commitments •Analyze workload, utilization, and demand trends to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities •Partner with business, HR, and Finance teams to align capacity plans with workforce strategies and financial targets •Build and maintain forecasting models and planning scenarios to support decision making •Track actual capacity versus plan and clearly communicate variances and impacts •Produce regular capacity reports and insights that enable leaders to take timely action •Support continuous improvement of capacity planning processes, tools, and data quality •Contribute to planning cycles such as annual planning, quarterly reviews, and ad hoc scenario analysis Kyndryl currently does not require employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, however, if you are hired to work at a client, customer, or partner location, you may be required to show proof of  vaccination  to align with their respective COVID-19  vaccination  policies.  Those who believe they are eligible may apply for a medical or religious accommodation prior to the start of employment.
