General description of role: Assist consultants and other collaborators for Canada Health and Benefits domain, delivering RFP/Renewal reports to the Clients. Supporting client teams in the servicing of clients with respect to plan design, contract management and benchmarking. Working with senior team members you will be involved with a variety of client deliverables including but not limited to contract reviews, plan design summaries and prevalence benchmarking. Delivering reports based on various parameters i.e., premium, claims & Loss ratios. The process involves analysis of healthcare products information provided by vendors & onshore consultants pertaining to premium, claims, plan attributes. You will be involved with a variety of client deliverables that empower our clients to make informed decisions.

(List 6-10 major responsibilities in the role): The Colleague provides high quality administration support for internal and external clients by: Operates as part of team under supervision of Project Lead/Ops Manager Review and analyze contracts, amendments, employee booklets, and financial agreements for plan changes, change in carrier, and new client onboarding, and prepare plan summaries with supporting commentary for client teams. Review, audit and maintain client plan information Create and review plan prevalence benchmarking reports Provide technical consulting support on client projects (e.g., Carrier RFPs/Marketing, RFI, plan design, financial and underwriting reviews, flexible benefits pricing, carrier reviews), including preparing related letters, reports, and analyses. Analyze claims experience and financial/underwriting results, including identifying anomalies, estimating future plan costs, developing pricing models, and supporting renewal and rating negotiations. Maintain and review data collection and accuracy in Aon’s proprietary client information platform Draft reports and correspondence, and perform peer reviews of data and reports Assisting consultants in client meetings and drafting presentations to clients Assist with ad-hoc client requests, work with carriers and other business units to resolve and support clients Continuously develop technical and consulting skills, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of group systems, products, and technology and their application to group insurance consulting. Lead and execute projects in line with SLA requirements, timelines, and quality standards. Collaborate with colleagues across Aon to apply established methodologies, tools, and best practices, while driving process efficiencies through automation, standardization, and continuous improvement.
