However, ensuring streamlined D365 F&O Retail to seamlessly adapt to the changing business environment is crucial from a process and compliance perspective. As part of the Technology Consulting -Business Applications – MS Dynamics Practice team, we leverage opportunities around digital disruption, new age operating model and best-in-class practices to deliver technology enabled transformation to our clients       Responsibilities:

Implement and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Retail/Commerce solutions.   Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.   Configure Retail modules including POS, Store Operations, Pricing, Promotions, Inventory, and Loyalty Management.   Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and project teams during implementation.   Conduct testing, user training, and post-go-live support.   Analyze and resolve functional issues while ensuring system optimization.

3+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Retail/Commerce.   Strong knowledge of Retail Operations, POS, Inventory Management, Pricing, and Promotions.   Experience in end-to-end implementation or support projects.   Good understanding of business processes in Retail and Commerce domains.   Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.   Preferred:   Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.   Experience with integrations, Power Platform, and Azure services.     Mandatory skill sets:       D365 F&O Retail   Preferred skill sets:       D365 F&O Retail   Years of experience required:       9 to 12 Years   Education qualification:       Btech
