Assisting with the digitalization and organization of finance documentation to improve accessibility and document retention practices. Supporting the Finance team during the SAP implementation project, helping with documentation, testing activities, data validation, and other tasks as appropriate. Contributing to the enhancement of account reconciliation processes by preparing supporting documentation, capturing screenshots for audit evidence, and standardizing reconciliation files. Developing and updating Work Instructions (WIs) for key finance processes to strengthen process documentation, knowledge transfer, and internal controls.
