Overview

NOTE:  This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days a week on-site at one of our office locations in:  Allentown, PA; Louisville, KY or Providence, RI.     #INDPPL    #LI-Hy     The Manager Field & Grid Change Management is responsible for driving the people side of change across enterprise Field Operations, Grid Modernization, Asset Management, and Operational Technology initiatives. This role partners closely with business and technology leaders to accelerate adoption, increase utilization, and maximize value realization from investments that transform how work is planned, executed, monitored, and maintained across the utility value chain.   Reporting through the Change Center of Excellence (CCoE), this role leads organizational change management efforts for field and grid transformation initiatives, including Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), mobile workforce technologies, grid operations platforms, work management systems, and digital field enablement solutions. The role focuses on ensuring front-line employees, operations leaders, and support teams successfully adopt new technologies, processes, and ways of working that improve safety, reliability, efficiency, and customer outcomes.   A key responsibility is translating complex operational and technology changes into meaningful business and workforce impacts, helping employees understand not only what is changing, but why it matters. This role works within a SAFe Agile environment, embedding change management activities into delivery cadences to ensure readiness, adoption, and sustainable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions :   Change Strategy & Adoption Develop and execute change management strategies for Field Operations, Grid Modernization, Asset Management, and Operational Technology initiatives. Drive adoption of enterprise field and grid platforms, digital workforce tools, work management solutions, and asset management capabilities. Lead change management activities across the full transformation lifecycle, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness, deployment, and sustainment. Conduct change impact assessments to evaluate impacts on field processes, job roles, operating procedures, workforce behaviors, and ways of working. Develop and maintain change plans, adoption strategies, and success metrics aligned to operational and business objectives. Leverage CCoE methodologies, tools, and governance standards to ensure consistent delivery across initiatives.   Stakeholder Engagement & Communications Partner with operations, field, engineering, and technology leaders to align change strategies with business priorities and operational goals.
