Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 6:00am - 6:00pm PST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime and or weekends. We offer 4-8 weeks of on-the-job training. The hours of the training will be aligned with your schedule. Training will be conducted onsite.

Consult with business users and technology specialists to define business processes and serve as a liaison between both groups Perform comprehensive business analysis to identify needs and recommend solutions Define project objectives, scope, and develop detailed business and technical requirements Act as a business liaison to refine, clarify, and document requirements Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate, validate, and gain approval on requirements Ensure delivered solutions align with and meet business needs Provide technical support for system development, including new implementations, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance within the Microsoft Suite Leverage technology to design and enable effective business solutions Analyze routine business issues, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions Produce, publish, and distribute scheduled and ad hoc client and operational reports on product, process, and technology performance Define and manage project scope and objectives throughout the project lifecycle Escalate risks, issues, and concerns to the Manager and Analyst Leads as appropriate You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.

High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent experience Must be 18 years of age OR older 1+ years of current experience and / OR education with evaluating and analyzing data using SQL OR other programming languages 1+ years of experience with working in a professional setting utilizing Microsoft
