We are seeking candidates who model our values: invest in every relationship, lead with curiosity, champion diverse perspectives, turn inputs into actions, and uphold trust through integrity.  Skills and Competencies 5-7 years of experience working with OneStream, primarily supporting Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Allocation Models. Strong knowledge of VB.NET, SQL, or similar object-oriented programming/scripting languages, with the ability to develop and maintain OneStream Business Rules. Working knowledge of SQL Server, relational databases, data modeling concepts, and master data management, including dimensions, hierarchies, and cube views. Experience supporting application development lifecycle activities, including unit testing, regression testing, defect tracking, and change management Exposure to Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Fabric Lakehouse architecture, or related cloud-based analytics platforms is preferred Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders. Interest in AI-assisted development technologies and a commitment to responsible AI practices is preferred. Familiarity with Jira or similar tools for development, testing, and work tracking.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field. OneStream certification is preferred, or willingness to obtain certification within the first year.

Provide technical and functional support for financial planning, modeling, forecasting, and financial close processes. Manage metadata maintenance activities, including dimension builds, hierarchy updates, member changes, and associated testing. Develop, test, and support OneStream Business Rules, workflows, cube views, and custom solutions. Build and maintain integration and scripting solutions using VB.NET and SQL. Partner with business and functional teams to translate business requirements into technical designs and implementation tasks. Participate in regression testing, user acceptance testing, release activities, and defect resolution. Maintain development and testing documentation in compliance with audit and governance requirements. Support the adoption and integration of Microsoft Fabric capabilities within the enterprise planning ecosystem. Leverage AI-assisted development tools responsibly to improve efficiency, automation, and solution quality. Support application security, user access management, and compliance certification processes.
