Transfer Pricing Manager , Transfer Pricing

Amazon is seeking a Transfer Pricing Manager to join its EMEA Stores transfer pricing team in London, part of the wider tax team. This role will focus on supporting Amazon’s related party transactions in the core online store businesses and will be involved in developing, executing and maintaining inter-company transfer priing policies throughout the European structure. Key job responsibilities - Analyse new business launches and restructuring and determining transfer pricing requirements. - Support development and implementation of transfer pricing policies - Monitor transfer pricing policies against outcomes - Preparation and review of intercompany agreements - Preparation of valuations - Support with audits and APAs - Review of TP documentation and TP forms - Develop and implement process improvement initiatives in the TP operations and compliance processes
