Responsibilities - Research employment tax legislation changes across EMEA and assess business impact of tax law changes - Review large datasets and extract insights to inform employment tax processes/policies - Support employment tax process improvement initiatives - Draft employment tax technical analysis and positions for review by management before implementation - Support to test payroll system updates, document test scenarios, validate results, and report defects - Data preparation and coordination to support completion of tax returns - Other tax administration duties as assigned
