Enterprise AI Literacy & Adoption Manager

The Enterprise AI Literacy & Adoption Leader is responsible for driving AI education, training, employee engagement, and utilization across the S-W enterprise. This role builds the enterprise-wide adoption strategy, communication plan, training ecosystem, and measurement approach needed to help employees understand, trust, and apply AI in practical ways that improve individual productivity, team effectiveness, and business impact. Job duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Company’s staff, employees, and business relationships. Position is not remote/hybrid and will report to our Cleveland Global Headquarters.
