Job Overview
The Business Intelligence Analyst II is responsible for delivering analytics, reporting, and data visualization solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. The role involves working with complex datasets from multiple enterprise systems, developing dashboards and reports, automating reporting processes, and partnering with business stakeholders to provide actionable insights that improve business performance and strategic outcomes Responsibilities:
Analyze large and complex datasets to generate actionable business insights. Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports using Tableau. Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries for data extraction and transformation. Work with and integrate data from SAP, Salesforce, and other enterprise systems. Design and support automated and scalable reporting solutions. Partner with business teams to understand requirements and provide analytical solutions. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across all reporting deliverables. Document data models, reporting logic, and analytical processes. Track deliverables, risks, and actions using Asana or similar tools. Contribute to BI best practices, standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience. Master's degree or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or in a similar analytical role. Strong experience with Tableau, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, SQL, Python, Power Query, and Power Apps. Experience
